Our planning reports include a cover page with the Aspect Planning Services logo and a 3D image of the façade. We include an in-depth written analysis of the site and the surrounding area, a brief description of the proposal and the main plans (site plan, elevations, and 3D images). We also include an analysis of the planning policy framework, zoning, overlays, and other relevant provisions (such as car parking, ResCode, etc.).

The planning report outlines the positive aspects of the development whilst answering any difficult questions posed by the planning scheme. It also includes technical explanations and analytical justification where required, whilst avoiding unnecessary wordiness that loses the effectiveness of the message.

Great care is taken to ensure all critical questions are answered truthfully and convincingly. Graphics are used (where applicable) to illustrate points made in the text. Whilst each report is proportional to the scale and complexity of the project, we ensure the information is concise and the desired message is conveyed.
