We manage every stage of the planning application process for you.

Aspect Planning Services is the permit applicant and the council contact. All correspondence is forwarded to us (emails, letters from council, referral authorities and objectors), and advice is provided to the architect and client throughout the process.

We action all correspondence and resolve any issues raised in conjunction with the client. This involves liaising with sub-consultants to seek expert advice and commission the required technical reports to address concerns that are raised during the application process.

It also involves amending the planning report to reflect any changes.
